How far in advance should we book AV for an event?
For full AV on a conference or gala, three to four weeks gives us a comfortable advance with your venue. For coverage-only, we can often move faster. Either way, reach out with your date first.
Do you bring the gear and crew, or use the venue's system?
Both. We can run a full package — cameras, switching, sound, projection — or integrate with your venue's in-house AV. We coordinate directly with the venue either way, so you don't have to translate.
Can you live stream the event?
Yes — multi-camera live switching with broadcast to the platform of your choice, plus IMAG for the room itself so the back row sees everything the front row does.
How fast can we get a recap video?
Same-day recap edits are a standard offering — a cut ready to post while your event is still trending. Full highlight films follow on an agreed schedule.
Are you insured?
Fully insured productions in all three markets — NYC, Nashville, and Los Angeles — with vetted crews in each. COIs available for your venue on request.
